Monterey Center for Mindfulness & Compassion

Rochelle Hall, MA-LMFT

Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Instructor

đź•Š Monterey Bay and Beyond

Welcome to The Monterey Center for Mindfulness and Compassion, located at 716 Lighthouse Ave., Suite E, Pacific Grove, CA.

I’m a therapist trained in “narrative therapy” and certified as a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

My work as a therapist finds roots in my own values and ever-evolving understandings about what it means live a full and meaningful life.

I’ll work with you to explore the ways culture, personal history, and trauma may have affected you in life. We’ll explore how you’ve weathered tough circumstances over time — as well as how and when in your life you’ve discovered moments of joy or ease.

Values & Purpose:

As a therapist, these are key pillars of exploration for those of us seeking peace of heart and mind. In that pursuit, I combine therapeutic “tools of the trade” with deep listening and nonjudgmental curiosity to work collaboratively with each client, uniquely.

Mindfulness meditation and neuroscience research each teach us about the certain connection between mind, body, and spirit. Our work brings awareness to the ways all of the above operate together, and the ways in which navigating and trusting your own wisdom resources can guide you forward in life.

When we’re feeling stuck in painful, problem-plagued circumstances, connecting with a therapist who brings presence, curiosity, respect, and non-judgment into the room can bring about powerful and preferred change.
I look forward to finding the best ways I can serve you.

In order to remain safely connected during this unique time,

I am offering telehealth and office visits.
